How do I place an order?
If you wish to place a custom cake order please head to our Order a Custom Cake page.
Please note we aim to respond to your order enquiries within 5 business days - unfortunately during busy periods this may be longer.
You can also purchase set design cakes and other treats for collection in our Shop Online page.
We also have lots of delicious treats all available to buy in our shop and unit.

I don’t wish to order yet, I only have a question - how do I contact you?

Unfortunately we do not currently take orders over the phone - only through the website/email.
Please note we do not use DMs for enquiries or orders. We will only reply to DMs as and when get a spare two mins (which is a rarity!)
Where abouts do I collect from?
We now have two locations which you can collect your orders from - subject to opening times.
Our shop address is 17 Sheffield Road, South Anston, Sheffield, S25 5DT.
Our unit address is Unit 7 White Rook Business Park, Old Lane, Sheffield, S20 3GZ.
How much are your cakes?

Do you cater for dietary requirements?
We can offer certain baked goods made without dairy but please note that we do work with all ingredients in our kitchen so are unable to 100% guarantee no traces in our products. We are hoping to offer vegan and made without gluten baked goods soon!
How much notice do you need?
We advise you give at least 6 week’s notice - we can sometimes fit in last minute orders but please give as much notice as possible.
How do I transport and store my order?
When you collect your order please pick up the box from underneath and do not press on the sides or lean the cake against you.
We recommend that you bring an additional person to help with doors etc. When transporting your cake we suggest putting it in an empty boot or in the foot-well - bear in mind if your cake is more than one tier it may not fit in the foot-well.
You should then store your cake in the fridge - removing one hour before consuming. Cupcakes, cake popsicles, cake pots, brownies, blondies and cookies can be kept at room temperature.
How long will my order stay fresh for?
Cakes stay fresh for around 5-7 days from collection if stored in the fridge in an airtight container.
Cupcakes keep fresh for approximately 2-3 days.
Brownies, Blondies, Cookiess, Cake Pots and Cake Popsicles keep fresh for around 5-7 days.
When can I collect my order?
Please view our custom collection times here. Please note they are by appointment only.
Do you deliver?
We do not currently offer a delivery service - collection only.
Do you offer postal delivery?
We do not currently offer a postal delivery service.
Do you take a deposit?
We require a £20.00 deposit for cake orders and for treats we take a £5.00 deposit for orders worth under £40.00 and £25.00 deposits for orders worth over £100.00. Please note the deposit is non-refundable and secures your booking. Your booking is not secured until the deposit has been paid.
Your slot will be held for 48 hours in which your deposit must be paid during this time.
The remaining balance can be paid as cash on collection or bank transfer the day before. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order we will issue a full refund.
I am not happy with my order, what should I do?
Oh gosh I can’t bare the thought of this!! In the rare and very unfortunate circumstance that you are not totally happy with your order you must notify us immediately.
Please inspect your order on collection. If you are not happy with the design or look of your order upon collection you must notify a member of our staff. We will then do our best to amend your cake design but are unable to guarantee this service and is subject to our availability.
If you are not happy with the taste or quality of your product please notify us immediately, take photos of the product and where possible put the product or piece of the product in an airtight container for us to see.
