Due to POPULAR demand we are bringing you the option to order a custom cake instantly eeekkk how exciting! This means that you are trusting Nancy to design you a fabulous fancy cake for your celebration wahoo!!
Here’s the all the deets on what to expect from your “Nancy” Cake:
The style of cake is a buttercream design - we do not offer fondant covered cakes.
You will get a four layer tall sponge cake - once you press “Add to Cart” you will be prompted to choose your flavour.
You can choose from three sizes:
6” - feeds approx 13-26 £115.00
8” - feeds approx 22-44 £155.00
10” - feeds approx 34-68 £205.00
You can let us know the theme of your celebration - for example Son’s 5th Birthday - Dinosaur Theme or Dad’s 50th Birthday - Casino Theme - once you press “Add to Cart” you will be prompted to let us know the theme.
You can let us know the colour scheme for your celebration - once you press “Add to Cart” you will be prompted to choose your colours.
You can also let us know if there is anything you want us to not include on your cake - for example if your Mum hates butterflies - once you press “Add to Cart” you will be prompted to let us know this.
You can send us inspo pics via email - to nancyscakeco@gmail.com - if you wish which we can bear in mind when decorating your cake - you must quote your order number in the subject line.
A cake topper is not included - we do have the option to purchase a cake topper add on via the Shop Online section of the website.

By purchasing this “Custom “Nancy” Cake” you are giving Nancy freedom on the design of your cake - if you feel uncomfortable doing this and wish to discuss your cake design then you must send in a custom cake enquiry instead.
We will use your ideas for the theme, colour scheme, inspo pics as guidance but ultimately the design will be chosen by Nancy.

Dipped polystyrene cluster balls

If you are unhappy with the decoration of the cake on collection please make a member of staff aware and we can do our best to make any changes to meet your requirements. Once the cake has left the premises we are unable to make amendments.
Collection Times/Location
This cake is for collection only - we don’t currently offer a delivery service for celebration cakes.
You can collect from the cake shop in South Anston (S25 5DT) between 9am-10:30am or from the bakery unit in Halfway (S20 3GZ) between 12pm-4pm. Please note, the bakery unit is NOT available for Saturday collections.
Storage/Transportation
Please carry the cake carefully by holding it underneath and not pressing on the sides. It can be helpful to bring a second person to help open doors etc as cakes can be extremely heavy. When transporting the cake we recommend placing it in the footwell or car boot. Tall cakes (two tiers) will need to go in the boot and it is best to remove your parcel shelf too. Please drive carefully and take corners slowly. Make sure your heater is turned off and air-con will be required in hotter months. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAKE IN THE CAR AS IT WILL MELT IF THE CAR GETS TOO HOT.
All of our cakes are buttercream cakes which must be kept cool at all times. We recommend storing your cake in the fridge to ensure it doesn’t melt and decoration stays in place. When placing your cake out at your event ensure it is not in direct sunlight and not near a heat source e.g. radiator.
Our cakes are best consumed within 5-7 days from collection. Once it has been cut it is best wrapped in cling film and stored in an airtight container.
Allergens/Dietary Information
This cake contains GLUTEN, EGGS, SOYA & MILK. If you opt for the Nutella flavour it will also contain HAZELNUTS. Please note our kitchen contains GLUTEN, EGGS, SOYA, MILK, SESAME, SULPHUR DIOXIDE, MUSTARD, NUTS AND PEANUTS so we are unable to guarantee no traces of these allergens in any of our bakes.
This cake may be decorated with external inedible decoration which needs to be removed prior to cutting.
Important Information
We require at least 7 working days notice on ordering this product.
Once the cake has left our premises we are not responsible for any damages. We can try our best to fix any accidents if we have spare time but are unable to guarantee this service and there may be an additional charge.
